I scarfed this down when I got home from work then took a little power nap to try and get rid of my headache. Must be the sugar withdrawals :) Carnitas, butter lettuce, cilantro, avocado, salsa and lime juice. I have to say... Lime juice is my favorite "dressing." So yummy. This meal didn't really feel like a "diet meal" because I love me some mexi food. After the salad I had a spoonful of sunflower butter and a few roasted pumpkin seeds.
