Day 4 breaky and lunch
This morning I opened my package of sunflower "bread." It was made of sunflowers seeds, veggies and herbs. Seriously, NASTY! I tried one bite then opted to have my sandwich protein style. So for breakfast: pastrami, avocado, tomato and lettuce. Morning snack: a few plantain chips. Lunch: leftover spaghetti squash pasta from last night. Jadon just got back from science camp and asked if we could go to dinner tonight. This should be interesting :) it will be my first time eating out since I started this thing! Stay tuned...
