Day 2 Lunch

For a snack I had some beef jerky and a few plantain chips. Lunch: leftovers from last night spiced up with some italian dressing. This is going to be a LONG 50 days!!!! I may have to tap into my sunflower "bread" tonight. I wish they made sunflower tortillas. Hmm. Maybe I can have tacos and just use a lettuce shell :)

  1. Try eating more protein and fat. Your lunch may not have had enough meat. Also, add fruit if you are still hungry.
